OSI is the leader in the provision of security consulting services throughout Mindanao within the agricultural and mining industries in that area of the Philippines. Our services include, but are not limited to, risk assessments, security surveys, crisis management planning, executive protection, guard force audits and training, as well as counterinsurgency collections.
Unlike others within our industry, we do not collect Philippine government hard copy, classified reporting (which could be considered espionage in the Philippines), then collate and analyze that data from a historical perspective. Instead, we actually collect raw and previously uncollected intelligence on the current plans and intentions from deep penetration agents within the Muslim and Communist insurgent groups, as well as the local NGOs that may be targeting our clients operations and interests in the province concerned.
Additionally, we produce provincial-wide political and security risk assessments outlining the Order of Battle of the Communist (CPP) and Muslim insurgencies in the province concerned, which would include the activities of the New People's Army,(NPA),Moro National Liberation Front,(MNLF),the Moro Islamic Liberation Front,(MILF),Jemaah Islamiya,(JI),Abu Sayaaf.
Our reporting will also include the specific type of corruption the local political entities might be involved in; their inclination to support our client's industry and outline the armed groups that may be supporting them. This type of reporting would be especially important due diligence to any business that might be planning to invest in Mindanao.
